spinbook can assemble everything you've collected for an event into a single, branded document you can save as a PDF and share with the couple, a venue, or a photographer.

Open the document

From the per-event view (as a DJ), click Share Event in the top-right. You'll land on a clean, branded page with your logo, colors, and fonts. On a contract page the same button appears as Share contract, and opens the document with just that section selected.

Pick what to include

The document is built from selectable sections, with quick presets:

• Full copy: booking details, checklist, planning form, reception timeline, music, contract, and payments.
• Vendor / timeline sheet: booking details, the planning form, the reception timeline, and the music. No contract, no payment amounts, ideal to hand a photographer or venue.

The Music section prints the couple's songs in their order, in two separate lists: the tracks they picked from Spotify (the ones in your synced playlist) and the songs they asked for by name that Spotify search couldn't find. Those are not in that playlist and are yours to sort out. It also notes any playlist link or uploaded song list they gave you.

You can also toggle individual sections. Your selection lives in the page's URL, so a particular view is a shareable link.

Save as PDF

Click Save as PDF to use your browser's print-to-PDF. Section page breaks and the toolbar are handled for you, so the result reads like a proper document.

Secure by default

The document is login-gated: only you and the couple can open it. To share with an outside vendor, pick the Vendor preset (which omits the contract and payment details) and send them the saved PDF.
